Delivery information

Mushroom Works post all orders every day Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day. 

We can also provide alternative delivery options for customers wanting a different service, as well as catering for many overseas destinations.

We post all items via first class post so the delivery times provided during checkout are to be considered estimates as most delivery service times are not guaranteed by the mail provider.
Unfortunately despite our best efforts we cannot control delivery times once an order has been shipped

Returns information

Here at Mushroom Works, we will offer replacement or refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly posted items.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection by you, we will notify you and you can choose to be refunded (less the shipping costs) or have the parcel shipped again (but you will have to pay the shipping costs again).
